Coiled Tubing

VENCOR Coiled Tubing unit is an autonomous, hydraulic, and highly portable system engineered for workover and well intervention operations.

• Mechanical and hydraulic cleaning of pipes (removal of paraffins, scale, sand and deposits).
• Stimulation with acid and solvents injected through the flexible tubing.
• Fluid displacement with nitrogen for artificial lift or well drawdown.
• Installation and recovery of downhole valves (gas lift) and downhole tools.
• Real-time background readings (PLT, temperature, pressure) via fiber optic or internal electrical cable.

Nodal Analysis

Our nodal analysis and production engineering capabilities are backed by downhole pressure and temperature measurements (BHP/BHT) rated up to 10,000 psi and 600 °F. VENCOR combines these technologies to enhance recovery factor and ensure optimal well availability.

Slickline

The cables used in these services are of the dimensions 0.092” monofilament and 3/16”- polyfilament.

The 0.092” monofilament wire rope is made of carbon steel, comes in 18,000-foot spools, and has a nominal tensile strength of 1,547 lb. Applications that can be performed with this type of material in production tubing of 1 1/2”, 2 3/8”, 2 7/8”, and 3 1/2” diameters include:

• Pipe check

Every slickline unit operates with the backing of a support unit to assist with field handling. The team is made up of a highly experienced slickline specialist, a truck driver, and a helper—all of whom hold proven, accredited experience in slickline operations.
